This brand new replacement seat foam includes the lower and upper portion of seat, as well as the knee bolster piece. One set of seat foam does one complete seat. Works for both left and right side. Does not include seat frame, seat tracks or headrest. This is also the correct foam for the Ford Motorsport seats sold in the mid 80's to early 90's
