How do I return an item?
To return an unopened, undamaged item please contact our customer service department by calling 704.888.1278 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject of "RMA Request". You will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Write this number on the exterior of your return package and ship to Fox Mustang Restoration, Attn: Returns, 105 Pine Forest Rd, Locust, NC 28097. Once we receive your package you will be issued a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days upon receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping. You may use any carrier that you prefer. We suggest that you note the tracking number and also insure the items. We are not responsible if your item is damaged during the return transit. You will be required to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
Non-returnable items: Upholstery, Carpet, Rear Seat Deletes, Used, Special Order NOS items. Request samples prior to ordering if you are concerned about color and texture.
Returnable items with a restocking fee: Headliners, Convertible Tops & Windows, Convertible Top Boots. Request samples prior to ordering if you are concerned about color and texture.
